Sitestar Purchases Prolynx
Acquisition
Expands Rocky Mountain Region Customer Base

LYNCHBURG,
Va., March 21, 2006 -- Sitestar Corporation (OTC BB:SYTE
- News), a provider of residential and business Internet
access and value-added computer services, today announced
that it has purchased Prolynx, a Colorado-based Internet
Service Provider (ISP). The acquisition further increases
the company's dial-up and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)
Internet customer base in the Rocky Mountain region.
As a result of the acquisition, Prolynx customers will
become part of the Sitestar network and benefit from
the company's cutting-edge products and services such
as advanced spam filtering and around the clock technical
support. The company expects the transition to be seamless.
