Frank Erhartic, Jr. - President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Erhartic guides Sitestar’s long-term market strategies and investments, oversees all product research and development and leads the company’s day-to-day operations. An entrepreneur, he founded Computers by Design, a Sitestar subsidiary, in 1985 as a software development and computer services company while still in high school and continuing during his undergraduate studies. In response to the need for cost-effective printing and copier supplies, he later created a toner remanufacturing division called CBD Toner Recharge. In 1996, Mr. Erhartic started Lynchburg.net, an Internet Service Provider which was acquired by Sitestar in 2000. He was named President and CEO in 2002, and has led the growth of the company’s customer base through as series of acquisitions. Mr. Erhartic has MCSE, Novell Netware and A+ certifications and is a graduate of Virginia Tech with degrees in both Management and Finance.

Daniel Judd - Chief Financial Officer & Controller
With over twenty years of experience in accounting and management, Mr. Judd oversees financial planning, mergers and acquisitions and finance support for all business operations. Before joining Sitestar, Mr. Judd ran his own accounting firm, Judd Enterprises, specializing in both private and public accounting. He also held financial management positions at a variety of domestic and international manufacturing and wholesale companies. Mr. Judd is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Michael Collado - Vice President of Marketing & Business Development
Mr. Collado is responsible for growing the Sitestar customer base, establishing indirect sales channel partnerships and increasing overall revenue. He brings nearly fifteen years of high-tech industry marketing and leadership experience. Prior to joining Sitestar, Mr. Collado led marketing initiatives at MobileAccess Networks, a wireless infrastructure leader. Mr. Collado also held senior-level positions at Level 8, an enterprise integration software firm, CareerBuilder, a leading online resource for job seekers, and CAIS Internet, the first Tier One ISP in Washington, DC. He began his career at America Online after graduating from the University of Virginia.
